Responsive support team and great product.
I have been using Dadan in my team for over six months now, and I am completely happy with their support, their product, how it works, and how they listen to my feedback and implement customer suggestions into the product.
The product works fine, although it had a few bugs in the very beginning, but they sorted them all out. They are not like the "cash grab" people who just launch a product, take the money, and leave it to catch dust. Instead, they worked actively, resolved many bugs, and are still improving it day by day. I would say it has been a great investment.
I am not someone who usually writes reviews for products here, but this one really made me want to do so. I have a little suggestion for the team: if you guys could create a public roadmap for the product, it would allow for a public voting system and create a proper direction for the product development.
