I was only expecting to be able to replace loom, and potentially do some asynchronous video with clients...but this too is SO much more. Lead capture, requesting features and the meeting capture and transcription/summary features let me get rid of Otter.ai as well. Customer service is EXCELLENT. I got tier three and it's EVERYTHING. One of the best investments, ever. Don't sleep on it.
