Q: Guest model vs. member

Actually i´ve tier 2 with 5 team members. So am I understanding the Guest model correctly: does that mean we can create as many client project spaces/boards as we want, and for each client project we can invite Guests (e.g., 3 guests) who only get access to that specific space/board they’re shared into?

And as a best practice: if a client should only ever see and collaborate on a single project board (and not the wider workspace), is it generally recommended to add them as Guests rather than full members?

A: Yes, exactly your clients/guests can be invited into specific spaces that you want them to have access to. Then any dartboards or doc folders in that space they will be able to see.

As for inviting clients that only interact in a single project board, I do think inviting them as guests makes sense for your use case.

Keep in mind that you can invite up to 3 guests per non-guest member. (So up to 15 guests at a time on tier 2 with 5 normal team members.) https://help.dartai.com/en/articles/9557825-roles-and-permissions#h_33a28b80c1
