Game-Changer for Project Management and Team Workflow
Dart has been a game changer for our team. We struggled to keep track of our big projects and upcoming tasks before, but now we have complete visibility across everything we're working on. The platform has transformed how we organize and prioritize our work.
What really impressed us is the integration with Cursor. It's seamlessly connected our development workflow and made everything so much faster. We're spending less time switching between tools and more time actually building. The synergy between Dart and Cursor has genuinely accelerated our productivity.
If you're looking for a project management solution that can handle complex workflows and plays well with your development tools, Dart is absolutely worth it. Highly recommended.

Feb 5, 2026Thank you for the review and it's great to hear that you're getting a lot out of the Cursor integration! We've used it quite a bit ourselves and tying these tools together definitely helps to make things that much more efficient.

This software is top-notch stuff.
I'm a serial project management abuser. I have tried them all, from simple to complex, you know, from Teamwork to Click Up to several others, but I really kind of like Dart because it is the right mix of complexity and simplicity. When you throw in AI, which really helps you build a better system if you use it properly, I'm liking it so far. I've been using it for a couple of weeks.

Feb 5, 2026That's great to hear. It means a lot giving your experience with the project management landscape of tools so far. We've got big plans for making Dart and Dart AI even smarter going forward. If you have thoughts on what we should improve don't hesitate to let us know!

Great Task Manager
Loving this product. Easy to and intuitive to figure out and start using. It doesn't seem to have any limitation on the number of sub-tasks you can add. I don't use the AI functionality much but did test it out - if you are working on something and not sure how to get started on, it does a great job of giving you a list of tasks to achieve what you're trying to do. It'll come in handy when I start focusing on my marketing tasks. Overall a good product so far and I'm not had a need to reach out to the support team as everything works as it was advertised.

Off to a Great plan
Very impress for now cant wait to see what the future holds. I may ask what steps has the company taken to make sure that unlike so many other deals this one is around for the foreseeable future. I have spent quite a bit on this and would hate to see early termination of this product.

Feb 5, 2026Thank you for the review! I can't speak to other deals, but we've been around for several years already and with all the support we're excited to keep on building!

Light weight tool for everyday use
I've been looking for a productivity tool for personal use for years and tried them all, Trello, Asana, ClickUp etc. At work I'm an admin user for Jira and looked even to take Jira into use at home. But, they are all too heavy for my taste.
I got Dart setup in minutes and built myself automatic weekly sprints with some tasks recurring weekly, monthly, yearly or just one time. Everything is smooth and simple for me and adding new tasks is light weight enough to keep my personal backlog in one place.
I really recommend this tool. These opinions are always very personal and depend on use case, but give it a try. 😊

Jan 15, 2026Thanks so much for the thoughtful review, and we're really happy Dart hit that “lightweight but capable” sweet spot for you (especially coming from tools like Jira, Asana, and ClickUp). Love hearing that you were able to get set up in minutes and build weekly sprints + recurring tasks that keep your personal backlog in one smooth place.
