Q: Software Clarification Questions

Hello Support Team,

1.) Great product! Can your AI agents delegate tasks or work with other software AI agents to manage & complete tasks?

2.) Can your AI agents complete tasks within other software via API or webhooks integration?

3.) Can I automate processes or workflows in other software using your integration features, so they are completed and tracked within Dart?

4.) Is your MCP server feature included in our Appsumo purchase?

5.) Does your MCP server have any limitations compared to the top MCP server providers? If so, what are your MCP server limitations?

6.) Which plan on your website does tier 5 align? Also, which plan on your website does custom Appsumo plan align?

7.) Can I use your software to manage multiple businesses?

A: Hi, thanks for all of the great questions.

Yeah, our AI agents can manage and complete tasks directly! You can do that with a custom agent or with one of the builtin agent integrations, like with Cursor background agents. You can set up any workflow you want with the agents, and on AppSumo Tier 4 or 5, if you code up an external agent, it can access the API. I don't think that agents would ever directly work with webhooks, at least in any setup I've ever seen, but those are also available there. They are instead triggered by the agent-specific post requests, which are a bit like webhooks but different, and that's available on any plan. You can read more here https://help.dartai.com/en/articles/11657672-custom-ai-agents

The MCP is another popular feature that right now is available on any tier or plan, including free. The MCP server is similar in capabilities to other MCPs, there aren't specific categorical limitations. Obviously only a subset of features in the Dart UI are available in MCP, but that is true of any MCP I've ever seen.

Check out this post, and the attached sheet for a super detailed breakdown of all of the plans! https://appsumo.com/products/dart/#news-updates

Dart works well for managing multiple businesses for sure! We don't have a 'workspace switcher' at the moment so the best way to do this is often to make each business a Space inside of one overall Dart workspace. Another approach some users take is to have multiple Dart accounts/workspaces and then log in to them in different browsers (or Chrome Profiles, e.g.) so that they can easily switch between that way.
