I had given up on Project Management systems and resorted to a home-made excel spreadsheet to keep track of everything. Most are overcomplicated and hard work to set up, learn and use. In past businesses I have spent weeks building out comprehensive systems on well known platforms only to find no one will use it, and that maintaining it was more work than just doing what needed to be done. I bought this yesterday and downloaded it and thought, oh God, what have I done, I don't want to go through this again. So I left it. I got up this morning and thought I will just create a space and one short list of tasks and see how it goes. 2 hours later I've set up all of my businesses, recurring tasks etc and completely moved my very comprehensive excel spreadsheet system over to dart. This can't even be compared to what's out there. It is so simple and easy to set up, yet has every feature you could need, and all the features you didn't know you wanted. It is like having a personal assistant managing everything but without losing the control and oversight. If you have been feeling overwhelmed and need a new business parter, well here he/she is. What a gamechanger!
