Ok update, it logs some messages, but not all ... good job on your ai determining the tone/purpose of the message and classifying them correctly. Help detect all incoming messages,, and this tool is 100% ... so far this is the only item missing. I also like the excel sheet you created, which displays the content of the message. Exactly what I was searching for.

If we close our browser and turn off our computers let's say on Monday morning, and there have been 10 linkedin messages sent to us on that morning, are those lost, or would you retro-add them to the stats?
2. How can I test that the linkedin account is connected and everything is working well, besides waiting for a message to be received?
A: You only need to open Dashed AI once or twice a day for us to retro-add them.
To test an account is connected, you need to open the extension and check that you are signed in. If you have multiple accounts setup on the same computer then it is imperative you have different chrome profiles for each linkedin account you want to track!
I got this, but what is a reply? A positive connection request or every pm a leads answers? If the second, the limits would make the deal almost useless, as they are way to low.
A credit is consumed for one categorisation of a lead, we only consume another credit if that lead category needs to be changed and we max this out at 2. Thus one lead who replies can only at a maximum consume 2 credits!
Q: My account is suddenly gone, and messages to support have gone unanswered.
Is there something I can do to recover my account?

A lead response costs one credit and is one reply from a lead.
Credits are shared amongst the entire team, once you limit has reached we will not give you a category on a reply!
