Q: It does not seem to be logging messages received, this is what I was afraid of, I have sent myself test ...

messages from a different account, also leads have sent messages, but it displays as 0. It has been over 2 hours. There should really be a way to test the connection.

Q: 1.

If we close our browser and turn off our computers let's say on Monday morning, and there have been 10 linkedin messages sent to us on that morning, are those lost, or would you retro-add them to the stats?

2. How can I test that the linkedin account is connected and everything is working well, besides waiting for a message to be received?

A: You only need to open Dashed AI once or twice a day for us to retro-add them.

To test an account is connected, you need to open the extension and check that you are signed in. If you have multiple accounts setup on the same computer then it is imperative you have different chrome profiles for each linkedin account you want to track!

A: Hi,

A lead response costs one credit and is one reply from a lead.

Credits are shared amongst the entire team, once you limit has reached we will not give you a category on a reply!
