Q: Branching/Preview routing issue — am I configuring Logic Funnels incorrectly?

I’m very positive about Dashform and am seriously considering upgrading to Tier 3. The only thing holding me back is a branching issue I can’t resolve. In one Logic Funnel, a Single Choice question had 4 answers and 4 endings. I created explicit Equals branches for each, and the AI editor confirmed the mappings, but Preview kept routing “Implementation” to the Consulting ending. I then created a simpler test with 3 Yes/No questions: all Yes = Healthy Handoff, exactly 1 No = Handoff Risk, 2+ No = Immediate Action Required. I answered No to all 3, but Preview still returned Healthy Handoff. I also submitted this through support and haven’t received a reply. Is this a known issue, or am I setting up the logic incorrectly? I’d be eager to upgrade if this can be resolved.

A: This was a bug, and we’ve fixed it. The update will go live today. Thanks for flagging it. If you encounter a similar bug in the future, please email [email protected], and we’ll respond as quickly as possible.

Hi cstorecenter, thanks for the detailed write-up, and sorry the support ticket went unanswered. You weren't configuring anything wrong. This was a bug on our side, and your report is what surfaced it. It's fixed and live now.

In the Logic tab, each branch can now be sent to a specific ending. Open the branch, pick the ending you mean under "Finish on ending", and Preview and the published form will follow it. The canvas also shows every ending with the arrows going where they actually route, so you can check the whole funnel at a glance.

One thing to do on the funnels you already built: open the Logic tab, click each question that has branches, re-point any branch that shows "Ending 01" to the ending you intended, and save. Your yes/no test will then reach Immediate Action Required on No/No/No.

If anything still routes oddly after that, reply here or send me the form link and I'll look at it directly. Thanks again for the patience, and for the kind words about Dashform.

Thanks again for the fix. I’m still seeing one routing issue.

Healthy Handoff = Q8 Yes AND Q9 Yes AND Q10 Yes.

Handoff Risk includes an OR group for Q8 Yes, Q9 Yes, Q10 No.

I tested Yes / Yes / No, but Preview still routed to Healthy Handoff.

I saved, exited Preview, reopened, and retested. Could you check whether the OR-group branch logic is evaluating correctly?

We tested everything, and it’s working normally. Please try again. It should be ready to use.
