No form platform can honestly guarantee that it will stop 100% of spam, especially as automated submissions continue to evolve.

Dashform currently uses several layers of protection:

• Server-side validation of required fields, answer types, and permitted values

• Validation against the live published version of the form, preventing submissions with unknown or manipulated fields

• File-upload validation, authorization checks, and upload rate limits

• AI lead qualification, when enabled, to classify submissions as high, medium, or low quality

• Reply filtering and bulk deletion, making suspicious or low-quality submissions easier to review and remove

• Notification email send caps, so a sudden submission burst cannot generate unlimited email notifications

To be fully transparent, Dashform does not currently apply CAPTCHA, Turnstile, honeypot fields, or submission-level IP rate limiting to every standard public form. Therefore, we can reduce invalid submissions, identify low-quality leads, and limit notification flooding, but we would not claim that all form spam is completely blocked.

We are also careful about relying on mandatory CAPTCHAs because Dashform supports legitimate AI-agent interactions as well as human respondents. The longer-term approach is layered and adaptive protection that blocks abusive automation without preventing trusted agents or genuine customers from using the form.
