Q: Conversation rating is not included in the Tier 3, will I get it in Tier 4 as it says team performance reports?
I was thinking that welcome bot is the chatbot, now I can see that chatbot is already there, I have gone through the page that shows what is a welcome bot but still I am confused and not able to understand. A simple explanation from you instead of referring a page would be great.
Is knowledgebase or knowlegdebase pro is included in the tier 3,4? Or can only be unlocked by the reviews?
Yes, team performance report includes conversation rating. Knowledge base isn't included in any Tiers. Leadbot and Welcome bot are both types of chatbots. Welcome bot gets launched inside the chat, when the user clicks "Message". Leadbot launches much like a triggered message, when the user does some event on the website, so the leadbot is shown above the chat widget.
Q: are we able to link a personal facebook messenger?
or only a business page?
