I have been trying to cancel Deepword for many months, and I can't find a website, any contact info and I have been being charged everymonth for more than a year. I want my subscription to be cancelled and my money to be returned. Who should I talk to?

Have not been able to access deepword since a long time unfortunately. Their email has been bouncing too so no way to contact their support team as well. Looks like the server gives an error and https://www.deepword.co/ is not even reachable.
Yes it's down for good and unfortunately Appsumo refuses to make it right to their customers. They offered me a 20% off coupon on my next purchase. What a joke.
