Q: Hello, 1.

I am confused with few things, you said either input data should be in CSV or reside in one of your native integrated solutions like intercom, then you mentioned about upcoming Google sheets integration as well.

But isn't data already organized in rows and columns in CSV and Google sheets and if yes what exactly are you doing , plotting it on chart, what new insights can I drive from chart except seeing 'fraction versus whole'. I fail to understand how are you classifying data which is already in CSV or even Google sheets.

2. What do you mean by 100,000 rows and so on, how are these rows accomodating data, I think you are not cleaning data or comparing data because for comparison multiple data files are needed, please clarify.

Thanks

A: Hello: What we do it's to text the text data from your .CSV, like a tweet, a survey answer, a comment and then applied different natural language techniques to segment and classify your data. Also you can train custom models to detect similarities between phrases, etc.
