Q: Hi, I purchased Tier 1 and upgraded to Tier 2 on the 8th April.

I have a query about my account which i emailed and also sent a chat request on your website, but i've not heard anything, despite the webchat saying an answer will be with you in 30 minutes ?

Please advise how i can contact you to resolve
