Thanks for your previous clarification. But I have one more question before I decide if I swap from the original Tier 3 to the new Tier 3. In your latest post, I am reading the following:
"We highly recommend switching to the new plan for the best experience of what Deskfirst is designed for and for ongoing support and updates. "
Does this mean that if we stick with the original Tier 3 we won't get support or updates? When I bought the original Tier 3 I also did it because it clearly said:
- All future Pro Plan updates.
- If Plan name changes, deal will be mapped to the new Plan name with all accompanying updates.
But now, I am concerned that if I stay in the original Tier 3 I won't get any support or updates, I hope this is not the case. This is a GREAT product, but I want to make sure that I make the right decision now that the Tiers have changed. Thanks.

First, let me clarify that you will receive support!
Since we are planning to update our tier model also outside AppSumo, it's advised to update to the new tier to avoid discrepancies, but even if you stay on the older tier, you should receive Pro updates and support.
