I love it already. I have only had it a few days, I made my purchase right when I needed to use it...and it was super easy to do just what it says it will. I did watch one of their short videos before my purchase, but then I went live with a fairly big-ticket client job and proceeded to have a flawless experience. Five tacos already, right?

I (currently) have two use cases and Deskfirst is Merlin-level magic for both:

My first use is as a simple way for my client to review design images that I am working on for their project. I drop the image/s onto the desktop and share it with the client. I used the sticky notes to give the client instructions to right-click on the image and add a star if approved, or make notes if changes are required (Deskfirst customer service pointed these options out to me). I see the changes when they occur (I am not sure if there is a notification I can get for this...I still have more learning to do).

My second use case is very straightforward. I need to send video content to my customer. I make the customer a desktop, drop the content on, and share it with them so that they can view and download it. Could not be easier.

In both cases, I will give the customer a limit on how long they may access the Deskfirst desktop, this way I will be able to continuously recycle my desktops and stay within my account limits, but for my usage, it would take quite some time to ever reach those limits.

I am sure that I will find many more uses for the software as others seem to have done. I strongly recommend top-tiering this product while the opportunity is here.
