I came across a serious issue with Desklog. After onboarding, I opened this page: https://desklog.io/help/productivity/calculate-efficiency-in-desklog/
It showed a fake Cloudflare verification page asking me to run a command in Terminal. I checked with ChatGPT, and it confirmed the code was malicious — it tries to steal passwords, browser data, and send them to an attacker.
I don’t know if Desklog is aware or if the site is compromised, but this is very dangerous — especially for a time-tracking app installed on user machines.
Can you please investigate if this software is still safe to promote? I have screenshots if needed.

Q: Does it track all activity?
Does the app track all activity of the user automatically? Or does the user need to login/activate/etc. the tracking? Does it take screenshots automatically of the screen from time to time?
A: Desklog starts tracking automatically once the user installs the app and logs in. After that, there’s no need to manually activate it—the app will keep running in the background and record activity.
It also takes screenshots automatically at set intervals (as per the settings chosen by the admin).
With a set amount of users, are we able to transfer a user to another when that user leaves my ecosystem? Or do we need to buy more "seats"? For example, with working with temporary staff, like college interns?
A: Yes, Desklog allows you to reassign a user seat. If one of your team members (such as a temporary staff or intern) leaves your ecosystem, you can delete or deactivate their account and then add a new user under the same seat without needing to purchase additional licenses.
This way, you can manage your fixed set of seats efficiently for both permanent employees and temporary staff.
If we purchase Plan 3, could you confirm whether it would be possible to upgrade us to the Enterprise plan free of charge? We specifically require access to the leave management feature, which is essential for our operations.
