I wasn't expecting such a great product

I wasn’t expecting such a great product. Desklog surprised me with the amount of options it offers for tracking time, managing projects, and even handling billing. The automated time tracking is accurate, the reports are detailed, and the flexibility with invoicing methods makes it practical for both freelancers and teams. Having unlimited users and projects under the lifetime deal is a huge advantage. Overall, it’s a reliable and feature‑rich tool that delivers more than I anticipated. I really liked it.

Like it - but some bugs

Love the product, definitely makes you track your time and productivity. The desklog desktop version vs the online version I do not understand. That doesn't work well. I am sure over the next few weeks as it populates more with the data this will be more beneficial. I'll come back.

bait and switch

Not advertised but simple features such as Kanban boards are not included in these plans. The advertising makes you think all plans are equal and all of them are all inclusive. Very misleading.

Not a great product either. Very confusing and poorly designed. Refunding now

Easiest 5 taco deal ever. Desklog is great

Desklog is great. We were using an alternative (Hubstaff), and switched. The software and the UI feel really nice. It really gets the job done. Some innovations I havent seen before in other similar softwares - the wellness module and others which I really liked.

We tested the software with a trial account, it all works well. Very easy decision, the software is great, and the deal is a steal. I mean, Desklog really did a terrific job. Reports are really detailed, and getting started / setting it up was really intuitive, with detailed setting options and clear instructions for the most part.

Small Suggestions for the team:
- No need for screenshots when the employee is idle. It's just stacking empty screenshots that makes it harder to check screenshots. Or add a button "Hide idle screenshots".
- Optional button "I was working" when idle popup appears. Sometimes I get on the phone, speak for 15 minutes, and I have idle time. Our previous software used to have this, and it's the only feature I miss actually.
- Options for breaks. We have mandatory breaks, but no straight forward option for scheduled breaks for employees.
