1. Once you buy the plan you don't need to pay again. Applicable in ANY plan.
2. You cannot exceed the word limit that comes with the plan. You need to wait 30 days to get the words reset.
3. Desksense has the option to buy additional words that would help when you are out of limited words in the plan.
4. After every 30 days your word limit will get reset automatically.
