I have reached out to support regarding this matter. It has been months and I still have not received a reply. Is there a reason why the "monthly" count does not reset whenever it is considered a new month? I have watched the words deplete but they will not return to the original count. Is this a way to force purchasing more words? That would be nice to know upfront.
Whether Desksense Work With M365/Outlook App And Web Version ( Email Reply/Summary Etc)?
I'm getting exactly the same answers if I select GPT 3.5 or 4, compared responses of GPT 4 with other tools, it does show GPT 3.5 level responses, are you going to put back GPT 4?
