Q: Monthly count NOT resetting.
I have reached out to support regarding this matter. It has been months and I still have not received a reply. Is there a reason why the "monthly" count does not reset whenever it is considered a new month? I have watched the words deplete but they will not return to the original count. Is this a way to force purchasing more words? That would be nice to know upfront.

I have done this, and I am still waiting to hear back.
They don't respond to me either. I have tried both raising a ticket on the Desksense site and emailing them at the support address, but no reply.

I am still waiting for a reply from months ago. I have sent several emails and they have all gone unanswered. I like the software, but it does not live up to the offer. The count has not reset since I purchased it. So much so that I purchased another software from here to substitute the fact that the words are depleting.
