Q: Folders are being overwritten when adding new folders — support ticket unanswered for 2+ weeks
Hi DFirst team,
I’m experiencing several bugs in the platform, but the most urgent issue is with folders. When I add a new folder, existing folders appear to be overwritten instead of being preserved. This creates a serious risk of losing organisation, structure, and potentially access to existing work.
I submitted a support ticket about this more than two weeks ago, but I have not received a response yet.
Could you please confirm:
Whether this folder overwrite issue is a known bug.
Whether existing folder data can be recovered or protected.
When I can expect a fix or clear guidance from support.
This is becoming difficult to rely on for production workflows, so I’d appreciate a clear update as soon as possible.
