I am an AppSumo Tier 6 customer. I created my account using Google OAuth, but I need to set a standard password to use the tool properly.

Current Situation:

I attempted the "forgot password" flow to trigger a setup email.

I did not receive an email (I have already checked my spam folder).

The chatbot indicated this action is not possible. However, I have successfully transitioned from OAuth to standard passwords on other platforms.

I have already reached out to your support team directly to request assistance.

Desired Outcome:
Please provide a solution or workaround to help me create a standard password. Resolving this is critical for my workflow, and I need it fixed so I can keep the tool rather than requesting a refund.
