1. If you run out of credits, you can purchase more within your dashboard (located in the bottom left). Please note that BYOK (Bring Your Own Key), which is coming in March, will not replace the credit system at this time.

2. Yes, our AI can perform sentiment analysis on scraped Google Business reviews. The accuracy of the analysis will depend on the quality of your prompt. We have a blog series with five articles that provide guidance on how to write effective prompts. We encourage you to review them.

3. The Diaflow table can handle that volume of data (15,000 records), but you may experience some lag. We are updating to improve our system for the best possible user experience.
