Q: Credits usage for our 2 use cases
I would like to understand how my monthly credits will be used, based on my two use cases.
Use Case 1: Basic Slack Notifications
- Goal: track new accounts created on our SaaS, churned accounts, and other activation milestones.
- Sent by a cron or webhooks
- AI won't be needed for these flows
Use Case 2: Marketing and Data Extraction
- Goal: to make our Marketing team save time in their current processes
- AI will be needed for this use case
Question: Will my credits only be used for the second use case? Or will my Slack notifications (use case 1) consume credits as well?

To maximize efficiency, we recommend designing streamlined flows, and you can conveniently replenish your credits via the dashboard as needed.
For a precise estimation of your anticipated monthly credit consumption at this stage, the most accurate method is to execute your flows. Subsequently, you can review the detailed credit usage within the history logs, as the exact amount is contingent upon the specific flow executions.

Flows using only BYOK nodes are completely free, as they rely solely on your own resources. However, if your flow includes other Diaflow nodes, these use our infrastructure, which involves operational costs. Therefore, we charge credits for those specific nodes to ensure fair usage. We're fully transparent about this and happy to provide more details if needed!
