Q: OCR / invoice line item extraction?
Hello,
I'm need to find a solution that involves extracting customer details and line items from an invoice. (I will need to store this data in a database and then call an API with the captured data.)
Does Diaflow support extract invoice information from a PDF?

Yes, Diaflow can totally support invoice data extraction from PDFs. You can get started quickly by checking out our ready-made templates ("Extract data from Invoice with OCR") — just sign in to Diaflow, go to the Dashboard, and you'll find Templates in the left menu.
Once you clone the invoice extraction template to your workspace, make sure you’ve created the corresponding table with the exact same keys as those extracted from the invoice.
Additionally, if you prefer to store the data in an external database and then call an API with it, Diaflow supports that too! You can use the HTTP Request component to make API calls.
