Q: Share access in Diaflow via Teams only as Administrator
Hello support team,
I’m using the Share access feature via Teams in Diaflow to invite a new user, but only the “Administrator” role is available.
Furthermore, the only alternative I see is sharing the public apps, which leaves me with no control over permissions and I don’t want to grant administrator privileges.
Is this expected behaviour, or is there a way to select a different role when sharing access?
I need to share access without granting administrator privileges.
Thank you.

Jul 16, 2025A: Hi t.w,
Thank you for reaching out. At the moment, the ability to assign different roles when sharing access via Teams in Diaflow is not yet available—only the Administrator role is supported.
However, we're actively working on expanding role and permission management. This feature is currently under discussion and has already been added to our public roadmap (https://airtable.com/appJfKIoNQQuXrblt/shr1yhtvk3ThPHBSJ/tbl7wAqWeQGIhfvBF). It's expected to be released in November this year.
We understand your need to manage permissions without granting full administrative access, and we're excited to offer more flexible options soon.
Thanks for your patience and continued support!
Best regards,
Diaflow CS Team
