Meaning, i make a chatbot (or agent) ... and then an unlimited number of ppl can internally use it ... if password permitted / embed on our Cname ... and then credits go accordingly?

Or, one tool use means a max of 50 ppl can use any single tool etc ... at any one given time?

The “users” in each tier (e.g., 1 for Tier 1, 5 for Tier 2, 20 for Tier 3, 50 for Tier 4) refer to team members who have access to your Diaflow workspace to create, edit, or manage automations, apps, and AI agents. These are internal users, like your staff or collaborators, not the end-users interacting with your tools.

When you create a chatbot or AI agent (e.g., as a Public App), there’s no limit on how many external people (like customers or website visitors) can use it simultaneously, whether it’s embedded via iframe on your CNAME or shared via a password-protected link. The catch is that each interaction consumes credits based on the flow’s components—for example, an AI response might use 0.055 credits/input token and 0.022 credits/output token. So, an unlimited number of people can use your chatbot externally, as long as you have enough credits to cover the usage. There’s no cap like “max 50 people at a time” for tool usage—it’s all about credit consumption.

For example, if you embed a chatbot on your website with your custom domain, thousands could interact with it, and credits would scale with the number of interactions. If credits run low, you can top up via the dashboard.
