Hi, what does whitelabel mean? Can I put a cname, my logo and resell this as a saas? Thanks

Whitelabeling refers to the ability to customize your flows in Diaflow with your own branding, which includes adding a custom domain (CNAME) and your logo. This allows you to resell it as your own SaaS solution.
With Tier 4 and 5, you can indeed add your custom branding and domain, making it perfect for creating whitelabeled apps.

Thanks for your reply. Just one more question to clarify. After I whitelabel through CNAME, can I resell access to users who want to create automations by themselves (like Diaflow). If so, to how many users? Will these users share the same workspace? Do they share the tier allocated resources? Thanks

Just a quick reminder: white-labeling in Diaflow applies to the flows or apps you create — for example, removing the “Powered by Diaflow” badge or using a custom domain for your apps.
You can’t resell access — one account is for one user/org. You can invite others to your workspace, and they’ll share all resources and have access to everything inside.
