Our focus on internal apps stems from Diaflow’s original vision: empowering businesses with secure, data-driven tools for their own teams—like automating data extraction or building private chatbots.

That said, you can absolutely build external-facing apps! With the Public Apps feature (included in all AppSumo tiers), you can create apps or chatbots, share them via a link or iframe, and soon customize them with your own domain and branding (rolling out this month, per our roadmap).

The Lifetime Deal (LTD) includes this capability—e.g., Tier 4 gives you unlimited Apps & Tools—so building and sharing external apps is definitely part of the package. We’re just starting to highlight external use cases more as we grow!
