Extremely powerful – Diaflow takes automation to the next level with outstanding support!
Hello everyone,
Today, I’d like to share my experiences with Diaflow. After several intensive days of working with this software, I’ve found it to be worthwhile in many respects – despite a few minor difficulties, which were often more due to my own understanding than any shortcomings of the application itself.
What impresses me most is the ability to flexibly customize automations while using integrated Large Language Models (LLMs). This unique combination opens up completely new and personalized automation possibilities tailored exactly to the needs of one’s own business. Of course, using LLMs requires that the prompts be precisely crafted in order to achieve consistent results – which ultimately depends on the user as well.
Another plus is that the automations created can be presented as apps. The chatbots also assist me with specific tasks in my daily work routine. It’s often criticized that credits on AppSumo are used up very quickly – something I personally can’t fully relate to. Even though I upgraded to Tier 3 after a short time, the possibilities grow to 50 thanks to the extensive automations and apps – and despite intensive testing phases, the credits are more than sufficient for me. I therefore wonder what kind of expectations some users have for particularly complex automations.
Overall, I’m convinced that Diaflow deserves a much higher rating and has become an absolute insider tip for me. The support is so far one of the best I’ve experienced on AppSumo – every request is answered individually and often explained with helpful screenshots. For me, this is a decisive factor that ultimately determines the long-term quality of a product.
Looking ahead, I especially hope that the frontend will allow the addition of custom translations – currently, the options for language customization are very limited, which is not ideal for a customer-facing app. It’s also absolutely essential that more powerful and up-to-date LLMs are added in the future. My biggest wish – which is unfortunately still completely missing, but where Diaflow has huge potential – is the ability to restrict access to self-created apps for specific user groups (e.g., via email addresses or links), introduce a monthly credit limit per app user, and set time-limited access (e.g., 1 month). If these points are addressed and minor bugs are fixed, Diaflow seems to me to be the best purchase of 2024/2025.
