I gave it back
I gave it back
First the good news,
nice that someone is offering a solution to offer processes, including data management and AI requests in one solution. It's not entirely new, there are competitors, but it's probably the only LTD at the moment.
Now to the bad.
In short: It seems to me that the solution is aimed at Sumolinge, currently I can't see the long-term viability, so I fear an unnecessary LTD purchase.
Why:
1. unclear how many credits are billed for which task. Founder himself says that the model is based on buying credits!
2. tests with templates also consume the apps and chatbot condingente (I asked again in the questions). This is a nogo, I do not pay for tests that did not even consume credits and where the apps and chatbot were solved.
3. apart from the connection to a form or a chatbot input mask, the added value is currently not clear to me. All automations (excluding the vector table) can develop identical automations without code.
4. incorrect information on DSVGO, is actually not available, this is another no go for Europe.
It looks to me as if a SAAS offer should be launched as quickly as possible, website incomplete, business model probably aims at subsequent purchases of credits.
At the moment, I can't imagine that this approach will lead to long-term success, so the LTD is questionable.
Otherwise, the actual APP is ok, but can only be used to a limited extent due to a lack of integrations. Too bad!
I have therefore unfortunately returned the deal. Too bad!
I would be happy to be proven wrong at another time, when the business model, scope of functions, billing and learning support are improved.

Mar 4, 2025Hi Toms.Mc,
Thank you for your feedback. First and foremost, I want to express my gratitude for giving us a try. This valuable feedback will help us better understand our customers’ needs and improve our product. I can relate to your feelings when approached this way.
We will release a version in late March that displays all the credits consumed by nodes. This will address the concerns users have been expressing. The reason this feature wasn’t ready earlier is that when we sell it to enterprises, the contract value typically exceeds $100k annually to cover all fees, so we don’t have to worry much about the credits burned. This oversight is on our part, and our team is working diligently to rectify it.
Regarding templates, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Templates are actually pre-built flows that serve their intended purpose when executed. The reason running a flow consumes credits is to prevent the system from being manipulated.
We are committed to enhancing Diaflow to better meet the diverse needs of our customers. I eagerly anticipate rebuilding your trust and confidence in our product.
Best regards,
Jonathan Viet Pham
