Q: No support time slots

You said you opened up some timeslots, so I don't have to wait until 3 AM to get support but I just tried again and there is nothing available, ever, between 4 am and 11 PM. So, there is clearly something wrong with your support system, assuming you are telling the truth. So, how do I get support during my daytime hours, MST? I'm also interested in knowing why you said you have daytime hours available now, when there are not any available?
