Hello! How much is it per minute if I connect my own 11Labs and Twilio API keys? Does $0.15/min rate still apply, or is there a different price if I add my own keys?
Is the stated $0.15/min fixed rate or does it vary based on LLM used, voice model chosen, prompt length, etc
When operating in agency mode and enabling client payments via Stripe or PayPal, are there additional transaction or platform fees beyond Stripe/PayPal's standard fees?
If a client uses say over 1k minutes per month, does $0.15/minute paid include lifetime storage of all call recordings, or is there an extra charge for it?
On phone numbers: what’s the cost per additional number, does $0.15/min rate include incoming/outgoing calls made with purchased number? Can I create client sub-accounts & buy numbers with clients business details, like on Twilio sub-account? Thx

Yes, if you bring your own ElevenLabs and Twilio keys, you only pay for OpenAI (or your own LLM if integrated), and you avoid the $0.15/min bundled cost.
So your actual cost per minute would be exactly what your vendors charge you, which could be as low as:
• ElevenLabs: ~$0.12 - $0.25/min (depending on voice, language etc)
• Twilio: ~$0.01–$0.1/min (inbound/outbound depending on counry)
✅ You control the cost entirely when using your own stack. But it'll be significantly more expensive.
