Q: BYOK and Carrier
If I use use my own elevenlabs key, OpenAI key, and Twilio number, do I bypass the limits on the call credits, call recording credits, phone number credits, and the .15 cent per overage limit?
Also, does each sub account get its own BYOK integrations?

Yes, you can use your own ElevenLabs, OpenAI, or Twilio keys (BYOK) if you have specific needs like private voices or advanced customization. However, just to clarify: BYOK does not change the AppSumo deal terms, and it does not bypass the credit system.
The AppSumo plans use a credit-based structure where usage is still metered by credits — whether you’re using our infrastructure or your own keys. So BYOK gives you more flexibility in voice quality, models, or custom workflows, but it doesn’t remove the credit limits tied to your plan.
