Hi,
1. Are the call recordings white labeled? Meaning if our client logs into the dashboard to listen to calls, will they know it's from Dialora?
2. How many simultaneous calls can be received per sub account?
3. Will you consider adding more sub accounts for a higher AppSumo tier?
4. For medical industries, is this Hippa compliant?

2. Concurrent Calls per Subaccount
On Tier 4, each subaccount supports up to 30 simultaneous calls — making it ideal for higher-volume use cases like agencies or call centers.
3. More Subaccounts for Higher Tier?
Yes — we’re actively working on this! An expanded AppSumo agency tier with more subaccounts is rolling out next week. Stay tuned!
4. HIPAA Compliance for Medical Use
We use Deepgram for call transcription, which is HIPAA compliant for secure handling of medical conversations.

2. can you explain this? is this 30 simultaneous calls for one account or combine? If i have 30 client accounts who get calls around the same time, does this mean each call will work? or if it's more then that, it won't work?
