Q: Dialora Agency Reseller Costs & Workflow
Is the following an accurate understanding of the costs, expenses and basic workflow for agency resellers?
* Cost per minute: The standard all-inclusive rate is $0.15/minute, covering AI, telephony, transcription, and infrastructure.
* Monthly phone number cost: Beyond the one included number, additional numbers are ~$11/month when provisioned through Dialora (slightly less if ported).
As a reseller, the process would be:
* We create plans with included minutes, phone call and overage costs that we’re happy with.
* Billing is handled via Stripe integration or manually.
* We activate client accounts and allocate credits manually for overage usage.
* Client buys credits via their subaccount, but we actually will need to manually add the credits to each sub account. Can this be an automated feature?

1. Cost per minute:
The standard all-inclusive AppSumo add-on rate is currently $20 for 1,000 credits (1 minute = 10 credits), which covers AI voice, carrier, transcription, and LLM costs, which is expected to go down depending on which Tier you're on to $0.10 by the end of this week.
2. Phone number cost:
Correct, the base includes one number.
Additional numbers are $11/month when purchased inside Dialora, or free if you port from your own Telnyx/Twilio account via BYOK.
3. Agency reseller workflow:
✅ You create client plans (included minutes, overages, support tiers, etc.)
✅ You can bill via Stripe (white-labeled) or manually.
✅ You allocate credits to each subaccount for monthly use or overages.
✅ You can create your own branded pricing, bundles, and automations.
4. Credit automation:
Currently, you are able to connect Stripe payments or your CRM so that once a client pays, credits are auto-added to their subaccount.
