Q: How many agents per sub-account?

I’m a little confused on the limits. If tier 4 gives 30 agents, 30 knowledge bases, 30 concurrent calls and 30 sub-accounts, is that 30 agents/kb’s/calls per sub-account or 1 agent/kb/call per sub account?

I saw in other questions you said each sub account gets 30 concurrent calls. Does that also apply to the agents and knowledge bases? If not, is there an agent/knowledge base available for my main account so I can use it for my own business as well as demo the agent to potential clients and still allot an agent/knowledge base to each sub-account?

A: Yes its 30 agents/kbs/calls per subaccount and you can control and assign how many does each subaccount get, but up to 30.
