Do all the App Sumo Tiers only allow the integration of one Twilio phone number or can there be multiple at certain tiers? Does Dialora offer manual VOIP features such as manually calling/texting and receiving calls/texts?

Oct 22, 2025A: You can have multiple Twilio Phone numbers but you only get one free from our side. But if you connect your own Twilio API key then you can have as many as you want.
No we dont offer VOIP yet but working on it!

Do you mind providing a general time frame on when VOIP will launch? I am already tier 3 and would be very excited about this extra feature. Would VOIP be available for all tiers? Also is adding SMS on your roadmap? Would make sense with the VOIP roll out.
