Q: Single billing + Clarification

can we have a better system for our customers:
Single billing, includes minutes plan and phone number/s subscribed.
Bill includes plan in advance, and overage used in previous month.
Bill is emailed to customer, itemised, then Direct Debit 7 days after,
Bill and email is whitelabelled like everything else.
Additionally, conflicting info on deal.
* Add-on Credits: $20 for 1,000 credits = 0.20c per minute. Includes call, record, transcript.
Overage 0.15c = Call only
So why the separate Recording Credits?
* Tier 5: UNL sub's, 60AI & 60 KB per Subaccount. OR
Add USD $9.97/mth for AI agents over 60, OR,
Manually add AI Agents (No cost) when over 60 agents used (inc KB),,
Comments on deal conflict.
ONE phone number included in AS deal
500 credits per direct phone number. Per month?
