Q: support for Dutch language and phone number?
- Why does Tier 3 include 1,000 call recording credits but only 200 monthly call credits? What's the difference between these two credit types and conversion rate to minutes is it 1 on 1?
- Is a free Dutch phone number included with the LTD, or only US numbers?
- Does the AI agent support conversations in Dutch language?
- Can the Dialora number receive and process inbound calls? I want to use this as an intelligent interactive voicemail system.
- Tier 3 mentions "1,000+ app integrations," but I only see documentation for a handful where are the other 900+ integrations?
- On your website I see both "AI agents" and "workflows" mentioned, but I don't see workflows listed in the AppSumo deal. What's the difference, and are workflows included in the LTD?
- Is there a sandbox/test mode for testing call flows without consuming credits?

1. Call Recording Credits vs Call Credits
These are two completely different credit types:
• Call Credits = minutes for AI calls
• Recording Credits = storage credits for call recordings
These are separate and are only used for storing audio files.
(Recording credits ≠ call minutes and don’t convert 1:1.)
This structure keeps your call minutes cheaper long-term.
Whats the difference between one time credits and monthly credits?
Originally this deal only had one-time pool of call credits. But due to popular demand and reduction in our costs, we were able to give monthly recurring call credits. So you get a large pool of one-time credits PLUS lifetime monthly recurring call credits.
2. Dutch Phone Number
Yes — we support Dutch numbers.
They are included under the LTD just like US numbers.
All you need to do is complete the short KYC verification and select a Netherlands number.
3. Dutch Language Support
Yes — the AI agent supports full Dutch conversations:
• natural speech
• correct pronunciation
• full back-and-forth
• summaries & transcripts in Dutch
If you don’t see Dutch in the dropdown, just email us and we will enable it for your agent.
4. Inbound Calls
Yes — the Dialora number can:
• receive inbound calls
• act as an intelligent voicemail
• take messages
• qualify callers
• send email + CRM updates
Works perfectly for inbound or outbound.
5. “1,000+ Integrations”
This refers to Tier 3+ having support for:

Tier 1 and Tier 2 only include native integrations (Google Sheets, Calendars, CRMs, Webhooks).
6. AI Agents vs Workflows
• AI Agent = the voice assistant that speaks, listens, and handles logic.
