Q: Whats on 1000+ app integrations and is there call forwarding feature

Hi, Tier 3 have integrations options, saw you mentioned 1000+, is that Zappier integration? Also I would like to have my agent to forward the call to my phone if customer want to have human interaction, would you have call forwarding feature or its already there?

Yes, the 1000+ app integrations are through zapier, make, n8n and pabbly connect. We are doing more and more native integrations every week!

Call transfer is definitely possible. When you create your agent, click on it, go to advanced settings and call management. There is an option for call transfer. Simply add the phone number you want the call to transfer to. In the agent prompt, specify when you want the agent to transfer the call and voila, its done!
