Customer support in this space should be impeccable, otherwise you're out of business. And customer support starts with promptly replying to your prospects and possibly your future customers. You should reply in hours, not days to ALL the questions posted here, no excuses.

How are you thinking about stripe.

would stripe be for recurring subscriptions or also for one off subscriptions. Right now, in agency plan, we are kind of blocked because when we go to connect stripe, we cant do it. So we cant set up the plans as well.

If my customers want to reload credits, would they do it via subscription or they can also buy one off.
