it booked my calendar without me babysitting!

Dialora did what I actually needed. It caught missed calls, qualified basics, and booked to my calendar without me babysitting.
Setup took under 20 minutes with a Twilio number, a short consent line, and one transfer rule for pricing questions.
Transcripts land in my CRM through Zapier, which made tightening the script stupid simple. After hours coverage is the killer win.
Leads feel heard instead of dumped into voicemail. Support answered with examples, not canned lines.

For a small team or agency rollout, this is a practical phone teammate that does not sleep.

Now the cons.
Credits vs minutes is not clear in app.
I had to do math outside to estimate monthly cost. Reporting is light. I want per agent analytics, cost per booking, and failure reasons.
The voice can sound robotic if your prompt is long, so keep it concise. Docs exist but are scattered and you will spend an afternoon tuning.

Verdict.
If you define one narrow use case and commit one day to tune, Dialora pays for itself.
If you want deep IVR and finance grade reporting on day one, you will feel constrained.

Just buy it!

I have to say, I absolutely love this purchase. I had to think about what Tier to get. I thought maybe a Tier 3 and see how the included credits would work for me. After a little back and forth, I went with the Tier 5. Simple to set up and use. Had fun trying different settings until I was happy with the results. Still dealing with my 90-year-old father calling and trying to have a conversation with the AI. I am very excited for the future of this product from the roadmap suggestions they are implementing. Kudos, and I wish you all the best of luck with Dialora!

Agency Review

We havent fully setup our account yet because we are waiting on the domain verification but there are some issues we have that anyone thinking of purchasing any Agency plan should know:

1) You need a STRIPE account for payment which limits anyone outside the US or countries that offer Stripe.
Suggestions:
We would have wished to get PAYPAL as a second and international payment option would greatly be appreciated by many considering Dialora as a business in other countries where Stripe is not available. (10/10)

2) The white-label only hides/replaces the logo, icon, domain and email. You cannot change the colors so you can't really adapt it to your branding if your brand uses different color palette. So you have to come up with a NEW BRAND...which will use same theme and color palette as Dialora.
We did obviously but you might struggle with this part more than you know....Getting a domain name these days can be stressful and time consuming.

Here are a few suggestions:
1) Offer a Light Theme as well as the Dark Theme. (7/10)
2) Allow Agency users to add custom CSS and Javascript to their Dashboard. (On top of what is available now) This would allow to change primary color, main fonts, etc. (9/10)
2) Provide a ready-to-go white-label landing page, with all visual assets so users can land on the landing page first, and then, clicking login or sign-in button they would be led to the dashboard. This would bring so much value and avoid us having to recreate one or trying to reinvent the wheel and avoiding copyright issues. (10/10)

THESE ARE MAJOR ISSUES FOR AGENCIES AND HOPE DIALORA WILL TAKE THIS INTO CONSIDERATION.

We can still use Dialora to offer/sell voice agents to customers and get paid away from Dialora. You can easily set up customers' accounts, their available credit balance, etc. We did not plan on creating a brand new brand, getting a new domain, design a total website though 😅

On the User side, we found Dialora very good quality. You know when a team spends quite some time, energy and brain power behind a project and you can tell that the Dialora team is committed which is the best thing you can hope for. So we can expect improvements down the line. 🤞

Very poor on tier 1

They only give you three days to try it out, which if you're busy, is not really a long enough time to validate its worth. I bought the Tier 1. They don't tell you about the requirements for getting a UK telephone number. It wasn't easy to get. Customer service by email reply is very, very slow. And the training or information for learning how to set it up to fine-tune it is non-existent. And I've done research with perplexity, and I've been watching lots of YouTube videos. At the moment, the agent cuts in whilst the person is talking. And I've got it on the maximum of 10, and it still cuts in. And so far, I've spent the best part of 500 credits just trying to train it. And the recorded or the information sent to you does not reflect the conversation that I've just had with it, bearing in mind that I'm actually doing the training course, so I know what was said.

Frustrating to set up email and custom domain and support hours are terrible

I just purchased the top tier. I use Office365 for email and setting it up on Dialora is frustrating. Mind you I worked as an Exchange admin and Network Engineer so I am very technical.
1) Custom domain setup just hangs. The DNS settings were made and the only 2 entries that is shown says verified but the Waiting for verification just hangs.
2) Setting up smtp for Office365 keeps failing - I got this to work but needed to turn off default security which is not ideal. This needs to be fixed.
3) Support hours for MST is 2:00AM to 4:40AM or 11:00P. None of those times will work, I am sleeping. How do you expect any customers to get support?!?!?

**Update 1: Custom domain was resolved. Now the issue is with connecting to GHL when GHL no longer supports API Keys. Just private integrations. This needs to be fixed.

If these are not addressed I am about to cancel my account and get a refund.
