Credit versus actual minute. Real cost is too much.
We bought 3 of these at max tier 5. It was an exciting moment to see a product that can do what we expected.
However, our excitement was short lived. The support is not bad. They usually replied next day. I am not sure why other users complained about their response time. I had good experience with timely support.
What turned us off is the $1 per minute rate. I am not sure why there is a need to inflate the number to 10 times the actual minute and refer to that number as credits? For example, 10,000 credits and 5,000 credits, etc. The actual cost is .10 per credits, and to to add 10000 credits would give actually 1,000 minutes. This equivalent to $1 per minute.
Why not just list the credits as what they are, as per minute. Inflating the number is just a bit misleading. Any way, I wish them luck at this rate. We ended up refunded all 3 deals. This is really too bad. We really hoped it could work.

Feb 18, 2026Hi Shopaholic,
Firstly, thank you for the balanced review. I genuinely appreciate that you called out the support experience fairly. That means a lot.
Now let me clear up the math because there seems to be a misunderstanding here.
The Credit System Explained (Very Clearly)
1 minute = 10 credits
If you buy:
• 1,000 credits
• That equals 100 minutes
At Tier 5:
• Overage is $0.10 PER MINUTE
• Not $0.10 per credit
So 1,000 credits (which equals 100 minutes) costs $10
That equals $0.10 per minute
It is not $1 per minute.
The confusion usually comes from mixing up:
• Price per minute
• Price per credit
• And the 10:1 conversion
We don’t inflate the numbers to mislead — the credit system exists because the platform uses credits internally for:
• Voice generation
• Transcription
• AI model processing
• Recording storage
Instead of charging separately for each micro-component, we simplify it into a single credit pool.
But the effective Tier 5 rate is:
$0.10 per minute all-inclusive.
That includes:
• Carrier cost
• AI voice (ElevenLabs-level quality)
• LLM
• Transcription
• Recording
• Infrastructure
Why We Use Credits Instead of Minutes
Two reasons:
1. Some operations (like recording storage or transcription) consume system resources differently than just raw talk time.
2. It keeps accounting simple when bundling everything into one price instead of splitting telecom + AI + LLM + recording like other platforms do.
That said, I fully understand how the presentation can feel confusing at first glance. We’re actively improving how this is displayed in the dashboard to make it clearer.
If the cost perception was the only reason for refunding, I’m genuinely sorry we didn’t clarify this sooner. At Tier 5, $0.10 per minute all-inclusive is actually very competitive for true AI voice agents.
If you ever decide to revisit it, I’d personally be happy to walk through the math live with you and make sure everything is transparent.
Wishing you success either way — and thank you again for the honest feedback.
