Dialora Customer Support Rocks.
I am really loving Dialora and it is just what I needed to take my business to the next level. Not only do I have a service that can answer calls but can also weeded out unnecessary call backs but can provide information to prospective customers saving me time in in my business day. Nishant is a business saver! I was extremely frustrated as I had finally ported my business number into my Twilio account and it was active but it wasn't showing up in my Dialora account. I logged onto Discord and said HELP. Nishant responded right away not even 2 minutes later. He offered to get on a Google Meet with me as soon as right now or I could schedule a meeting with him. I said YES right now. He got on with me. He helped me to figure out what was going on with my accounts, he walked me through the steps of checking both accounts, helped me to import my business number, assign it to my Agent and I am ready to begin receiving calls on my business number NOW..... Thank you so much Nishant! You rock and you saved my day.
