Dialora.ai: A Standout AI Voice Platform Worth Every Credit

I’ve only recently started using Dialora.ai, yet it’s already obvious that this platform is not just exceptionally well designed and powerful, but probably one of the best AI Voice Agents platforms I have used so far.

Key Strengths:
- Intuitive Interface: The dashboard is clean and easy to navigate, so setting up AI voice agents, call flows, and campaigns feels straightforward even for newcomers.
- High-Quality Voices: Voices are powered by ElevenLabs, which provides some of the most natural AI speech available today. On a technical note: non-English voices occasionally have minor hiccups (pronunciation, intonation, short pauses) — but this is not a shortcoming of the software itself; rather, just one of the inherent challenges in synthetic voice systems. Dialora’s voice library is already very strong, and I expect further improvements over time.
- Call Sentiment Analysis: Instantly shows whether a campaign needs optimization — whether in messaging, audience, or timing. This is a real game-changer for quick improvements.
- Customer Sub-Accounts: Perfect for agencies or teams that need to segment clients and maintain control.
- Customer support deserves special mention. Angela (on the Dialora team) has been absolutely outstanding — responsive, helpful, and deeply empathetic. That kind of support is rare.

Credits & Plans:
One detail that wasn’t entirely clear at first turned out to be a pleasant surprise after I contacted the Dialora team for clarification. "10 credits cover one minute of calling, and this includes both the call and the recording costs."
So, Call Credits and Call Recording Credits are combined into a single pool—for example, Tier 4 effectively offers about 2,900 monthly credits, which then should cover 290 minutes. @Dialora: Please confirm or clarify. In the subscription plan, Ionly see the 8,000 one-time credits.
I also asked about the unlimited subaccounts in Tier 5 compared to the limited agents. They said that after 60 agents, additional ones are added manually, which is still very generous. Tier 5 then basically includes unlimited agents, knowledge bases, and team members.
It would be great if Dialora could confirm this publicly, as it’s an important and positive detail for new customers. I also think about upgrading to Tier 5 already.

Minor Observations:
- Campaign Scheduling Visibility: With many contacts, it would help to see more clearly which hours each campaign is running.
- International Numbers: Adding a non-US number (I’m based in Germany) can be a bit tricky at first.
- Whitelabel Setup: Linking a custom domain for full whitelabel branding isn’t a five-minute task, but the long-term benefits clearly outweigh the initial setup effort. And again, Dialora support is one of the best I've ever experienced.

After all I have to say: I also use other voice agents platforms like Thoughly, but Dialora is moving towards first place.

Tier 5 Agents & Subaccounts: Correct again — Tier 5 includes unlimited subaccounts, and although we display a soft cap of 60 AI Agents initially, we’re happy to manually extend that limit for our power users and agencies. Same with knowledge bases and team members — we want you to scale.

International Numbers: We’re actively expanding our phone number coverage and will be adding Germany, UAE, Saudi Arabia, and others over the next 4–6 weeks. Thank you for your patience — we’re on it!

Campaign Scheduling UX Improvements and Whitelabel Domain Setup — both are now in our roadmap based on your feedback. You’ll see improvements rolling out in upcoming updates.
