Extremely Concerning Experience – Buyers Beware!
I purchased the License Tier 2 deal, and while AppSumo shows it as activated, it has never appeared in my Dialora profile. I opened a support ticket with the company over 4 weeks ago, yet after repeated follow-ups, they have still not resolved the issue.
Even worse, instead of honoring the lifetime license, the company has attempted to charge my card multiple times for a monthly subscription fee. To date, no one has contacted me back despite weeks of waiting.
At this point, the lack of response, failure to deliver the promised license, and repeated billing attempts feel highly suspicious — bordering on scam behavior.
🚨 I strongly urge potential buyers to exercise caution before purchasing.

After investigating your case thoroughly, here’s what actually happened:
You signed up on 24th August to the Starter Plan directly on the Dialora website using your email, which placed you on a free 3-day trial. Then you purchased the AppSumo license from the same email. You did not cancel your Starter Plan and like most SaaS trials, it automatically began billing after the trial ended because the subscription wasn’t canceled.
Since your account was already with us, your AppSumo purchase was not activated in your existing account and it didn’t show your Tier 2 license — and instead defaulted to the standard Starter Plan. That’s why you didn’t see the license reflected inside Dialora.
Also important: Dialora does not get your credit card details when you buy through AppSumo. You gave us your card when you purchased the Starter Plan directly from our website.
None of the charges went through, and you were not charged anything for your Starter Plan.
You reached out to us, and we were not able to rapidly resolve your issue as we were coordinating with AppSumo. That is on us, and we take full responsibility for that experience and apologize.
We completely understand how this situation can be confusing — especially if you’re logging into the wrong account — and we sincerely apologize for not resolving this more quickly via support. That’s on us and we’re improving our response time.

• Merged your accounts and deactivated the unused one
• Made sure your AppSumo Tier 2 license is correctly reflected and working
