Frustrating to set up email and custom domain and support hours are terrible

I just purchased the top tier. I use Office365 for email and setting it up on Dialora is frustrating. Mind you I worked as an Exchange admin and Network Engineer so I am very technical.
1) Custom domain setup just hangs. The DNS settings were made and the only 2 entries that is shown says verified but the Waiting for verification just hangs.
2) Setting up smtp for Office365 keeps failing - I got this to work but needed to turn off default security which is not ideal. This needs to be fixed.
3) Support hours for MST is 2:00AM to 4:40AM or 11:00P. None of those times will work, I am sleeping. How do you expect any customers to get support?!?!?

**Update 1: Custom domain was resolved. Now the issue is with connecting to GHL when GHL no longer supports API Keys. Just private integrations. This needs to be fixed.

If these are not addressed I am about to cancel my account and get a refund.

Let me address each point clearly:

1. Office365 SMTP

Office365 is the most restrictive email provider in the world for SMTP due to Microsoft’s security policies:
• SMTP AUTH is disabled by default
• MFA / conditional policies block non-OAUTH logins
• App passwords are deprecated
• Office365 often fails SMTP if a domain is newly added

We don’t require you to disable security in fact, we recommend keeping it on.

Here’s what works reliably:
• Create a dedicated mailbox
• Enable SMTP AUTH only for that mailbox
• Add its IP trust policy under Authentication → Policies
• Generate an SMTP-allowed secure app credential
• Use port 587 with TLS

We can walk you through this on a screen share if needed.

3. Support Hours

Your criticism is valid — and we’re fixing it. We do have 24/7 chat support and a 24 hour response time for email support. I think you being from the tech industry can appreciate no early stage, bootstrapped SaaS giving 24 hour support in all time zones.

We’re expanding support shifts so US/Canada time zones have same-day coverage instead of overnight-only. New slots are being added this week.

In the meantime, for urgent issues you can always email [email protected], and we’ll respond even outside call hours.

4. GHL API Change

You’re correct, GoHighLevel removed public API keys for new accounts and switched to private integrations.

We already pushed an update to handle this:
• If your GHL account uses private integrations, we’ll enable the new connection flow for you.
• If your GHL account is older, API key still works.

Just email us your Dialora license key, and we’ll toggle the correct mode for your account.

5. You’re Not Doing Anything Wrong

You’re technical, and your comments are fair.
None of these issues were caused by improper setup — they were either:
• provider-side restrictions (Microsoft 365)
• recent ecosystem changes (GHL API)
• or platform-side caching (domain verification)

Everything above is solvable and we’ll help you get it running cleanly.
