Has potential but missing basic features.
I purchased Dailora to handle my phone calls and take messages when I'm busy, but it requires significant improvements to become truly functional.
It's incredibly disappointing that Dialora lacks the fundamental capability to record inbound calls. Dialora support informed me that the platform supports inbound recording in the US; however, I have encountered issues with it not functioning as promised.I've exhausted several of my non-renewable minutes while testing this, and unfortunately, none of the calls were recorded.
It's really quite frustrating and, to be honest, a bit disheartening that I find myself needing to invest in a third-party service, such as Zapier or Make.com. These services seem to be the only viable option for receiving notifications when someone has called and left a message. It feels unnecessary to rely on these external tools to get such basic functionality, especially when it should ideally be part of the service. I wish there was a more integrated solution that could simplify this process without the extra cost. I need to continuously check the Dialora website to see if I have messages.
I have also hit a wall with trying to forward my Google number to Dialora. When forwarding a Google Voice number, Google sends a text message containing a 6-digit code to the Dialora number to verify the number. However, it is impossible to retrieve that 6-digit code from Dialora since their system does not allow text messages.I was told it Dialora worked with Google Voice but have yet to see a solution.

Sep 4, 2025Hi, thanks so much for your honest feedback — and I hear your frustration.
Let me address each of your concerns clearly:
1. Inbound Call Recording:
Yes, Dialora does support inbound call recording in the US. If you didn’t see recordings appear, that may have been due to a temporary routing or phone number configuration issue. Our support team should’ve helped resolve this faster — we sincerely apologize for the hassle and lost minutes.
If you email us at team@dialora.ai, we’ll jump in right away and get your recordings flowing.
2. Missed Call Notifications & Zapier:
You’re absolutely right — there should be a simpler way to get real-time alerts when calls are missed or voicemails are left.
✅ Update: Native email + SMS notifications are launching in 2 months — no Zapier needed. You’ll get instant alerts!
3. Google Voice Verification:
This is a limitation from Google’s side. Google Voice uses SMS verification, and currently our Dialora numbers are voice-only (no SMS receiving). We’re exploring a workaround using a temporary text-enabled number just for verification steps, or letting users bring their own Telnyx/Twilio number.
We’re still early, and while not perfect yet, we’re building fast based on feedback just like yours. Call summaries, custom notifications, and seamless call logging are all launching next month — and we’d love to make it up to you with. Just reach out to us — we'll take care of it.
