need arabic and the special tier
I got the highest tier ...waiting for ETA for Arabic/ more countries (even KSA is not possible to add numbers and no other arabic countries) and the new billing system for buying credits

Arabic voice support is already available — you can create fully conversational agents in Arabic by simply writing the welcome message and knowledge base in Arabic.
Saudi numbers (KSA): Currently not available, but we’re actively working on it. Based on our telecom roadmap, KSA and other Arabic-region numbers should be live within 1–2 months.
As for the new billing system and credits, we’ve just launched:
• Monthly recurring credits for all tiers (even past buyers).
• Add-on credit packs at $20 for 1,000 credits (1 min = 10 credits).
